Fortified Age Management provides a telehealth wellness platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for age management, hormone optimization, weight loss, and related programs. Fortified is not a medical provider, clinical services are delivered by independent licensed clinicians and partner telehealth networks.

Our programs are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Some medications available through our programs are compounded by licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may differ from commercially available brand-name products in formulation, dosing, or delivery. Your clinician will discuss all relevant information prior to prescribing. Results are not guaranteed and may vary by individual.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Parker County, Texas.
